Growing up,
when paychecks were cashed you immediately went to the grocery
store. Bills were paid after groceries were bought. Every Sunday
for nearly 30 years, my entire family would congregate at my
Aunt Adele’s home for a meal. Her food was so scrumptious it
always lifted our spirits.
As a teenager, I
wanted to share the experience with others, so I began learning
how to prepare her delectable dishes. After years of pleasing
family and clients, my aunt’s influence led me to enroll in the
Culinary Business Acadamy and earn my Personal Chef Certificate.
Today I offer you
the same home-cooked meals, prepared with love and in memory of
my aunt.
